Food hall

It may seem an odd choice to locate a food hall out in the sticks in Stora Skedvi in southern Dalarna – but it’s quite the opposite! Our factory is situated in the heart of a flourishing agricultural region. Here in the village are the farmers and business owners who deliver pork and beef, potatoes, eggs and milk directly to our food hall.

At our service counter you’ll find fresh meat and delicious hams and sausages. We also have a wide range of cheeses and delicacies prepared in our restaurant. The Skedvi Bröd factory shop has seemingly endless metres of shelf space and you can even fill your glass bottle with milk straight from the cooler.

The selection of our own delicious specialities produced in the factory is growing. On our shelves and in the chiller cabinet, our products share space with those of other small-scale producers, many of which are local, with others coming from further afield. Here you will find all kinds of delicious products, such as award-winning mustards, oils, drinks, jams and marmalades as well as much, much more.

We’re all about small-scale and place great value on being close to the producers without compromising at all on quality. Welcome in to browse, shop wisely and seek inspiration.
