Lunch
Our lunch is served every day that we are open, between 11:00 and 15:00. During the summer, 9th June - 6th September, lunch is served daily.
The summermenu is served 18th June - 16th August. Farmers lunch is served until 17th June and again from 17th August. Take a look at the menu here!
À la Carte, evening
Open Friday and Saturday evenings from 17:00. Kitchen closes at 21:00. During the summer 2026, 24th June - 15th August, open Wednesday-Saturday evenings.

OUR KNÄCKEBRÖD BAKERY
Bakery hours usually Wednesday-Friday 10:00-16:00 some weeks also on Tuesdays. Subject to change.
This is your chance as a visitor to experience traditional bread craftsmanship up close – and to feel the warmth and smell from the ovens. On days when no bread is being baked, other tasks are carried out in the bakery, such as sorting and packaging bread.
During the periods 6th July - 31th July 2026 (weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31), the bakers are on vacation. During these weeks, the ovens are fired up, and as a visitor you will have the opportunity to “Bake Your Own Bread”. Price: 5 crispbread rounds for 95 SEK – just like a regular bread package. Put on a baker’s coat and bake your very own crispbread!
Knäckebröd is available at all times when the Food Hall is open.
