Our bakery fires their ovens using fir and pine kindling. Our bakers wield their paddles as knäckebröd is baked the traditional way. This gives our bread a truly unique taste, with no two coming out exactly the same. Welcome to our bakery. Hear the crackle of the fire in the ovens, feel the warmth and aroma, and watch as the bakers help to keep alive a piece of Swedish cultural heritage.
BREAD CARD - EVERY ELEVENTH BOX FREE
For those who love buying Skedvi Bröd in our larger boxes, we have a stamp card available in our food hall. For every 4.4 kg box of broken bread you buy with us, you get a stamp. Once you’ve collected 10 stamps, you can exchange your card for a free box. (Only valid in the food hall)

SKEDVI BRÖD AQUAVIT
THE BEGINNING OF A NEW TRADITION!
This aquavit is produced carefully and cleverly using the parts of the knäckebröd the bakery doesn’t use. All so that not a single crumb of knäckebröd goes to waste.
