Greenhouse

Welcome to us in summertime! At the beginning of May, we open up our courtyard, which is framed by refurbished shipping containers and with our greenhouse as the crowning glory!

Each year, the demand - and our desire for all things green, both in terms of flowers and vegetables, seems to be on the increase. For the fourth summer, we are opening the gates to our inviting courtyard.

GREEN-FINGERED JENNY

The greenhouse is run by Jenny who has just the green touch we need. The operation started off small-scale and continues to grow year by year. When it comes to planting, Jenny’s philosophy is to observe the changing of the seasons, and on that basis, she has tomato plants and tomatoes, cucumber plants and cucumbers for sale. As she has such a flair for all things green, she also ensures that everything else in and around the factory is blossoming. Around the greenhouse you will also find other vegetable plants, summer flowers, perennials, trees and shrubs, along with garden accessories and other items to make life in the garden even more enjoyable.

SUPPLYING THE RESTAURANT

Collaboration with the restaurant is growing and involves more vegetables and produce every year. Greenhouse Jenny also supplies them with microgreens, small green delights that add both flavour and flair to the food. This is what you might call locally produced. It’s just the way we like it!
