POP UP-CAFÉ

This summer, from 26th June to 7th September, you can enjoy a Swedish fika with us! Our Pop-up Kafé, located in the courtyard, is open every day. Together with Joachim Segerstedt, who runs Gamla Snickeriet’s Coffee Roastery in Säter 10 minutes from here, we’re doing this because we believe coffee should be truly great.
Joachim, also known as “Kaffe-Jocke,” previously ran a coffee bar in Stockholm. We’re so happy to be doing this together with him! His personal favorite on the menu is Affogato, made with espresso and vanilla ice cream from the dairy Stora Skedvi Mejeri, here in our factory.

Rebecca is a trained pastry chef and baker, and will be running the café along with a few colleagues. She will be filling the café with delicious treats—both sweet and savory.
Expect sandwiches with tasty spreads, sweet waffles, pastries—and if time allows, a few other surprises might pop up too!

Like us, both Joachim and Rebecca value locally produced and small-scale products. It goes without saying that the milk used in the café, as well as the ice cream, comes from the local Stora Skedvi Dairy here in the factory
