MEAT HAMPERS FOR ALL TASTES AND SEASONS
Our meat hampers are available all year round in different editions depending on the season. Order yours here. Choose from Beef, Pork or Mixed. The contents are adapted for slow-cooking and stews during the darker months, with barbecue editions available in the summer.
Simply use the form below to order. The meat is collected from our Food Hall the week after you place your order, from Tuesday afternoons onwards. Special requests by agreement.
FORSA FARM HAMPER, PORK 10 KG
Delicious cuts from local Forsa Farm where Maria and Anders rear KRAV-certified pigs. They are slaughtered in the neighbouring village which they are transported to in the farm’s own vehicles, with none of the stress of larger-scale operations. It’s pork the way we think pork should taste!

POLLACK HAMPER, BEEF 10 KG
At Pollacks Farm here in Stora Skedvi, Mats and Marie rear organic Aberdeen Angus cattle. The animals are slaughtered and butchered just a few kilometres away and left to age to for between seven and fourteen days depending on the cut. It’s hard to beat!

The Mixed Hamper contains a delectable mixture of pork from Forsa Farm and beef from Pollacks Farm. We understand that sometimes it can be hard to choose one over the other, so the Mixed Hamper is the perfect alternative.
